How do I get to The Pressroom?
We are located on Madison St. between 4th and 5th Ave. The venue is walking distance from public transportation, and our parking lot entrance is on 4th Ave.

Yes. Depending on the event, we have two separate areas that have couches and bottle service. We also have cocktail and highboy tables

Yes, we have various food trucks on site for our events.

Is downtown Phoenix safe?
We have personally never had any issues, though this is a city, so we’d recommend not leaving personal valuables in your vehicle and using common sense.
Can I take pictures or video?
Please no flash or professional photography (any camera where a lens can be taken off or changed constitutes a professional camera) including video recording in the venue unless you’ve been issued a press pass. Unless a specific band or performer does not allow photography or mobile recording, we welcome you to take pictures without flash on your mobile phone or with a small camera.
Wedding/Private Function FAQ’s
Can we bring in our own alcohol?
No. By law you cannot bring in any alcohol but we have an amazing selection of spirits and non-alcoholic beverages.
Do you provide catering?
No, but we do provide a list of approved caterers and can coordinate for a fee. You may also bring your own caterer but we will need to speak with them to ensure they meet our standards.
Do we have to use your preferred vendors?
For some items, yes. Contact us for specifics.
Can you provide tables, chairs, linens, pipe and drape, AV?
Yes. We can supply each and every item you need for you event with very competitive pricing.
Can you mix and match ceremony areas and reception rooms?
How will people know where to park?
Our parking lot is located off of 4th Ave. between Madison and Jackson, adjacent to our building. A sign will show event parking but we always suggest letting guests know the details and providing a map.
Can we bring items to the room early for storage?
This is dependent on what else is booked at the venue. We will do our best to accommodate you, but will be a case by case basis.
How much power can your outlets provide?
Our outlets are typical 15 amp circuits.
When can we decorate the room?
Load in and Break down times will be outlined in your rental agreement.
Can you recommend entertainment?
Yes, we have a wide variety of talent available. Contact us for more details.
How do I reserve the room?
Please fill out our event request form and we will move forward from there.
Do we hire a bartender?
No, they are provided for you by The Pressroom.
Can we decorate the room as we wish?
All decor must be approved by The Pressroom management.
When do you need a count?
Final counts must be given at least 7 days prior to the event.
How will our guests know where to enter?
The main entrance is on Madison St. and clearly visible.
